NONREVLOADS.COM is owned by Airline Employee Travel Services, LLC, both of which are jointly referred to herein as "NONREVLOADS.COM".
This website and the information content provided herein are granted for use to you, the customer, expressly conditioned on the acceptance of the following terms and conditions. By using this website you agree to be bound by the terms, conditions and notices that follow without modification herein, under a grant of a limited, non-transferable license to use this website in accordance with this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.
All reservations, notifications and alerts you book through us are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices as they exist at the time the reservation is made. We reserve the right to change these terms, conditions and notices and you agree to accept and be bound by the terms, conditions and notices that are in effect at the time of your use of our website and facilities.
The NONREVLOADS.COM website is provided solely to assist customers in determining the availability of travel-related goods and services and to make legitimate reservations or otherwise transact business with suppliers, and for no other purposes. You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use this website in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of this website (as well as for use of your account by others, including, without limitation, minors living with you). You agree to supervise all usage of this website by minors under your name or account. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household in using this website is true and accurate. Without limitation, any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited. You agree that the travel services reservations facilities of this website shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. You understand that overuse or abuse of the travel services reservation facilities of this website may result in you being denied access to such facilities.
Separate terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. You agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. You understand that any violation of any such supplier's conditions of purchase may result in cancellation of your reservation(s) or purchase, in your being denied access to any flights, hotels, or automobiles, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s) or purchase, and in NONREVLOADS.COM debiting your account for any costs NONREVLOADS.COM incurs as a result of such violation. You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of this website.
You request and authorize NONREVLOADS.COM to act on your behalf as your personal representative in securing all requested web checkins.
Your use of and access to this website are at the discretion of NONREVLOADS.COM and may be terminated by NONREVLOADS.COM at any time without notice.
In order to check you in through NONREVLOADS.COM you must provide all information required by this website to NONREVLOADS.COM. You must also print a copy of your boarding pass by using a computer or get it at the airport from a ticket agent, at the curbside check-in or from an automated kiosk.

NONREVLOADS.COM shall not, in any event, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or other damages or costs arising out of, or connected in any way with, your use of or inability to use this website or NONREVLOADS.COM's actions in securing or failing to secure any requested boarding pass or any seat on any airline. Because limitation or exclusion of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted in some jurisdictions, the above limitation may not apply to you.

NONREVLOADS.COM does not warrant that (i) the service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the Service will be corrected.
PRIVACY
NONREVLOADS.COM will not upload cookies to your computer nor collect any information on you the consumer, while you visit this website. NONREVLOADS.COM will not sell, give, or trade your personal information with any other party, nor is any information about you stored on our computers.
CONVERSION TRACKING
We use a conversion tracking method to monitor the success of our Google AdWords campaign. This will add a cookie to your computer when ever you access our site via a Google ad. As per Google this cookie expires in 30 days, and Google does not track personally identifying information. Google informs the use of separate servers for conversion tracking and search results, which protects your privacy. If you don't wish to participate in tracking activities you can easily reject this cookie by setting your Internet browser user preferences accordingly.

your breach of this agreement or the documents referenced herein; your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or your use of this website.
NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE
As a condition of your use of this website, you warrant that you will not use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.
SOFTWARE AVAILABLE ON THIS WEBSITE
Any software that is made available to download from this website ("Software") is the copyrighted work of NONREVLOADS.COM. Your use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies, or is included with, the Software ("License Agreement"). You may not install or use any Software that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement unless you first agree to the License Agreement terms.
For any Software not accompanied by a License Agreement, NONREVLOADS.COM hereby grants to you, the user, a personal, nontransferable license to use the Software for viewing and otherwise using this website in accordance with these terms and conditions and for no other purpose.
Please note that all Software, including, without limitation, all HTML code and Active X controls contained on this website, is owned by NONREVLOADS.COM, and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.
You acknowledge that the Software and any accompanying documentation and/or technical information are subject to applicable export control laws and regulations of the United States of America ("USA"). You agree not to export or reexport the Software, directly or indirectly, to any countries that are subject to USA export restrictions.
MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NONREVLOADS.COM reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which this website is offered and you agree to accept and be bound by those terms, conditions, and notices that are in effect at the time of your use of NONREVLOADS.COM's website and facilities.
Payment and Refunds Terms
A valid credit card is required in order to sign up.
If you initially sign up for an account and you don't cancel that account within first day, your credit card will be charged. If you cancel prior to the processing of your invoice on the 2nd day, you will not be charged.
The service is billed in automatically in advance on an annual basis (or any other period offered by NONREVLOADS.COM) and is non-refundable.
There will be no refunds or credits for partial of service.
Only one free trial is allowed per person. Reactivation of an existing account will result in the immediate and non-refundable billing of that account.
All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, excluding only United States (federal or state) taxes.
Cancellation and Termination
You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. You can cancel your account at any time by clicking on the UNSUBSCRIBE link in the navigation bar on the bottom side of the screen after you log in.
If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid for period, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid for period and you will not be charged again.
NONREVLOADS.COM, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other NONREVLOADS.COM service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account. NONREVLOADS.COM reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Modifications to the Service and Prices
NONREVLOADS.COM reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
Prices of all Services, including but not limited to annual subscription plan fees to the Service, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the NONREVLOADS.COM or the Service itself.
NONREVLOADS.COM shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Membership Referral Program
A Qualified Referral is defined as the purchase of a Membership, after the free trial period, at the www.NONREVLOADS.COM site (the "Site") by a person (a "Referred Member") who has not previously purchased a Subscription on the Site. The person making the referral is the “Referring Member”. “Referring Members Account” refers to the current account held by NONREVLOADS.COM to accrue Qualified Referrals fees.
A Member in good standing is a person who has properly purchased a membership on the Site in accordance with the terms of the NONREVLOADS.COM Membership Agreement (the "Membership Agreement"), has kept their subscription active, and has not violated the terms of the Membership Agreement. If a Referring Member cancels their membership, their Referring Member Account will set to zero and closed with no payment due to the Referring Member.
Referring Members can achieve 3 different levels depending on the number of Referred Members to NONREVLOADS.COM. The levels are as follows – Bronze is up to and including 20 Referred Members; Silver – 21 to and including 50 Referred Members; and Gold – 51 and higher Referred Members. For each Qualified Referral, a Bronze level earns $5.00 USD; a Silver level earns $6.00 USD; and a Gold level earns $7.00 USD.
Upon reaching the Silver level, a deposit of $50 will be made in the Referring Members Account. Upon reaching the Gold level, a deposit of $100 will be made in the Referring Members Account.
For each Qualified Referral, the appropriate amount will be deposited in the account of the Referring Member as soon as the Referred Member pays their initial Membership Fee. If Referred Member cancels their Membership during the Free Trial period then the Referring Member will not be paid the referral fee.
The amount earned for Qualified Referrals is subject to change by NONREVLOADS.COM at any time without advance notice.
All amounts earned will be deposited into the Referring Members Account and will be subject to the terms and conditions of the NONREVLOADS.COM Membership Agreement.
All Referring Members Accounts that have a total of $50.00 USD or more will be settled on or about the 20th of each month; but no earlier than the 15th and no later than the 25th of each month. It will be NONREVLOADS.COM’s discretion on the actual settlement date within this window.
Checks, in United States Dollars (USD), will be issued to Referring Members and sent to their address on file with NONREVLOADS.COM. Referring Members should verify their correct address before the 15th of each month. If a Referring Member wishes a check to be sent to a different address, on or after the 15th of the month, a stop check order will be executed, a second check will be mailed minus a $40 USD service charge. Checks will be mailed via the US Postal Service or via a service determined by NONREVLOADS.COM.
If a Referring Member provides information to another person by email, the email must be created and distributed in a personal manner that is appropriate and customary for communications with friends and family members. Bulk email distribution, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of information pertaining to this site in a manner that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of the Referring Member's account.
The Member Referral program and all use of the Site are subject to the Site's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, posted on the Site.
NONREVLOADS.COM expressly reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referring Member and/or Referred Member and to request proper payment if the Referring Member and/or Referred Member has purchased a Subscription fraudulently or uses or attempts to use the NONREVLOADS.COM in breach of these Terms and Conditions or in violation of any statute or governmental regulation. NONREVLOADS.COM will have no obligation to pay any referral fees if it determines that the Referring Member or Referred Member have violated these Terms and Conditions. NONREVLOADS.COM expressly reserves the right to recoup any referral fees paid based on referrals which are determined not to be Qualified Referrals or as a result of fraudulent activity on the part of the Referring Member or Referred Member. These remedies are in addition to any remedies that NONREVLOADS.COM may have under the terms of the Membership Agreement.
NONREVLOADS.COM reserves the right to cancel the Membership Referral Program or to change these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
MEDIATION AND ARBITRATION
NONREVLOADS.COMdesires to maintain friendly relationships with its clients (agents, sellers, buyers, etc.). In order to provide for a mutually beneficial relationship, NONREVLOADS.COMhas established an alternative mediation program in the event of a misunderstanding or dispute between NONREVLOADS.COMand it clients.
If a dispute arises out of or relates to this contract, or breach thereof, and if the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation, the parties agree first to try in good faith to settle the dispute by mediation administered by the World Travel Dispute Center under the applicable guidelines as established by IFTTA (International Forum for Travel and Tourism) before resorting to arbitration, litigation, or some other dispute resolution procedure. If mediation is not successful, the parties will settle by binding arbitration administered by the World Travel Dispute Center under the applicable guidelines as established by IFTTA. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s), or written agreements of the parties, may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof or written agreements of the parties. If litigation is necessary to enforce this agreement, the prevailing party(s) shall receive costs and attorney's fees. Under all circumstances, mediation is to be held in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless all parties agree in writing to hold the mediation elsewhere.
JURISDICTION
Unless otherwise specified, the content of this website is presented solely for the purpose of promoting travel programs, services, and other products available in the United States, its territories, possessions and protectorates. Any offer for any travel programs, services, or products, made in the content is void where prohibited. This website is controlled and operated by NONREVLOADS.COM from its offices within the County of Maricopa, State of Arizona, United States of America.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.
NONREVLOADS.COM makes no representation that the content in the website is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access NONREVLOADS.COM from other locations do so on their own initiative, and are solely responsible for their compliance with applicable local laws.
